I was worried the neutral shade would look flat, but the faux grasscloth gives the wall a soft woven depth that paint just can't do. Hung it in our bedroom and the muted tone shifts subtly through the day.
The faux grasscloth texture makes the wall feel like fabric rather than paper, which is exactly the depth I wanted. Only complaint is the saturated color reads a bit bolder on the wall than it did in the online swatch, but it's still a solid upgrade over paint.
The faux grasscloth texture is what sold me — it reads as woven material from across the room, not flat paper. Only gripe is that the seams show a bit more than I hoped on the darker hue, so order a little extra for matching. Still, it dressed up my hallway way faster than repainting would have.
