The Chilli Jam Man リーパーズ・リベンジ チリジャム

The slow burn is the genius of it — you get that sweet fruity warmth first, then the Carolina Reaper kicks in about thirty seconds later and lingers just long enough to make you sweat. Perfect on a cheese toastie when you need to feel alive.

That first spoonful hit with sweet fruit, then the Carolina Reaper creeped in like a slow-motion tidal wave. I've had it on cheese toasties and even stirred a dollop into chilli con carne, and the burn lingers just long enough to be fun, not punishment.

The fruity opening is a sneaky trick — you get a spoonful of sweetness and then the Reaper kicks in slow and steady, turning a simple toast into a full event. It's brutal but in a way that makes you want another bite.
