ピーナッツバタークックブック

This cookbook’s layout makes it stupidly easy to jump between savory and sweet recipes, and the photos actually match what you end up with on the plate. The single-origin pairing notes in the intro are a nice touch for anyone who nerds out over flavor profiles like I do.

I’ve already made three recipes from it and each one turned out better than I expected, even the one I was skeptical about. The section on savory uses for peanut butter is what sold me—it actually goes beyond just desserts. Definitely my new go-to gift for foodie friends.

The recipes are surprisingly practical—I’ve already made three dinners and a dessert from it this week, and each one actually uses the peanut butter in a clever way. The single-origin focus in the intro made me appreciate the jar I had on hand even more.
