ペンギン ダイニングチェア（全面布張り）

The way the backrest curves into the armrests makes it feel like the chair is wrapping around you—I keep finding excuses to sit in it during dinner. The mid-century silhouette is exactly what I hoped for, and it's held up beautifully through a month of nightly use.

The upholstery is so plush that even my father, who usually hates mid-century chairs, asked where I got it after sitting down for dinner. The low, leaning silhouette really does make you feel like you're settling into something designed with intention back in 1953.

The curve of the backrest cradles you perfectly, and the upholstery feels far more substantial than I expected when I sat down for the first time. It's a calm, quiet presence in the room that makes every dinner last a little longer.
