The stretch webbing is the selling point for me—my dog bolts after squirrels and the leash absorbs the jerk instead of yanking my shoulder out of its socket. It's also surprisingly compact, so I can stuff it in a pocket when we're off-trail and not even feel it.
The stretch webbing is a game-changer for my morning runs—my dog's sudden lunges at squirrels don't yank my shoulder anymore. It's so light I forget it's clipped on, yet the bounce-back feels solid and controlled. Definitely my new go-to for daily walks.
I was skeptical about the stretch feature, but it genuinely makes a difference when my dog lunges at a squirrel—the jolt just fades instead of yanking my shoulder. The compact design is perfect for throwing in a jacket pocket, and the lightweight feel means I barely notice it until I need it.
