I’m genuinely surprised how filling this is for a plant-based shake—I mixed it with oat milk and it kept me full through a four-hour work shift. The vanilla flavor is mellow and not overly sweet, which I appreciate. Solid option for busy days when I need a complete meal without the hassle.

The powder dissolves cleanly in cold water with no chalky residue, which is rare for plant-based shakes. I’ve swapped it for lunch on busy workdays and it keeps me full until dinner without the usual mid-afternoon crash.
