Veneer, Oak, Black, PU Lacquer

The black-stained oak is darker in person than the photos suggest, which I actually prefer. Paired it with the Co Chair and the finish matches perfectly, no weird sheen under my living room lamp.

The PU lacquer on this oak veneer gives it a subtle sheen that doesn't look plasticky at all, unlike the matte finish I had before. Wiped it down with a damp cloth after a coffee spill and it held up perfectly. Exactly the deep black I was after for my shelving unit.

The black-stained oak veneer has a really even finish, no blotchiness at all, and the PU lacquer gives it a subtle sheen that isn't too glossy. I used it on a small storage cabinet and it wipes clean with just a damp cloth.
