20" Flip Reed 10 Dent

The large eyes on this reed make threading so much faster than my old metal one. I've been weaving cotton dish towels at 10 dents and the ABS plastic hasn't snagged a single warp thread yet.

Switching to this 10 dent reed made my cotton towels finally come out at a wearable weight instead of like cardboard. The slots glide smoothly when I change the sett, and the ABS body hasn't warped at all after a few months of steady weaving.

I was worried the plastic would feel flimsy but the ABS is surprisingly solid, and the large eyes make threading my 10-dent projects way less fiddly. The slots line up evenly so my warp tension stays consistent across the whole 20 inches.
