바노피 (구아라나 함유) 에너지 젤

The box discount is a nice touch when stocking up, and the banoffee flavour tastes like a proper dessert rather than a sugary lab experiment. Guarana gives a steady kick without any jittery crash, which is exactly what I wanted for long rides.

Opened the gel mid-ride and the banoffee hit just right, not too sweet or claggy. The guarana gives a clean lift that's lasted me a solid hour past the usual slump. Box of 15 means I've already got my next few long rides sorted.

The guaranas in there give me a steady lift without the jittery crash I usually get from coffee mid-run. The banoffee taste is sweet but not cloying, and the gel texture goes down smooth even when I'm breathing hard.
