I framed it in a simple black matte and the cold blue tones really pop against the wall. The frozen-outback detail in the description makes me feel the shoot’s harsh conditions every time I look at it.

This one’s been on my wall for two weeks and I still stop to look at it every time I walk past. The frozen moment in the frame really captures that brutal cold you can feel just from the story behind it.

The photo arrived crisp and sharp, and the frame does it justice. It’s a powerful shot that makes me feel like I’m freezing right there in that Icelandic outback with her, the detail in the scene is incredible.
