I use this for single-serving fried rice and it’s become my go-to pan. The seasoning is already built in, so nothing sticks, and it holds heat long enough that the food is still warm when I finally sit down to eat.
The little wok is perfect for solo stir-fries, and the pre-seasoned surface means I didn't have to fuss with any initial oiling before my first cook. It went straight from the stovetop to the table for dinner, and my food was still nicely warm by the time I finished eating.
The seasoning is flawless right out of the box, and the graduated surface sears a perfect crust on veggies without sticking at all. I love that it goes straight from the stove to the table and keeps my dinner warm through the whole meal.
