시나몬 롤 프로틴 오트밀 | 네이키드 오츠

I usually hate the gritty texture of protein powders, but this one mixed with the rolled oats makes a genuinely creamy oatmeal that keeps me full until lunch. The cinnamon flavor is just sweet enough that I don't add anything extra.

The mix of whey and oats means I actually feel full till lunch, and it blends smooth enough that I don’t need a blender bottle. Slightly sweet but not cloying, with a real cinnamon kick that makes the oatmeal taste like a treat rather than a chore.

Took a scoop and a half with hot water this morning and it thickened into a proper cinnamon-roll oatmeal in about twenty seconds; the whey and oats combo kept me full right until lunch. Texture's got a nice chew from the rolled oats, not chalky like most protein powders I've tried.
