The glossy reactive glaze gives it this almost liquid depth that shifts in the light—I find myself staring at it more than the plant. It's hefty and balanced, clearly made to last.
The stoneware feels wonderfully substantial, and the amphora shape gives it a classic look that fits right in on my windowsill. The glossy glaze catches the light differently throughout the day, which makes it feel more like a sculpture than just a pot.
That glossy reactive glaze is even better in person, it shifts between greens and blues depending on the light. The amphora shape gives it a nice classical weight on my windowsill without taking up too much room.
