Elvan Fondente Caramel 2Kg

For a wholesale bag, the caramel flavor is surprisingly rich and consistent across the whole 2kg—no bland pieces hiding at the bottom. It arrived well-sealed and fresh, which matters when you're portioning it out for daily service.

The caramel flavor is perfectly balanced and not too sweet, which is exactly what I need for my bakery. The 2 kg bulk size arrived well-packaged and will last me through several busy weeks of production.

The 2kg bulk bag is exactly what I needed for our shop's candy jars, and the fondant pieces arrive intact without excess crumbs. Delivery was on time, though I wish the bag had a resealable top for easier storage between refills. Solid value for the quantity.
