My brother got the email to set up his own delivery schedule and picked whole bean—it was so easy for him to manage without me having to coordinate anything. Being able to pick the exact send date meant it landed right on his birthday, which made the whole thing feel way more personal.
The scheduling option is a lifesaver for long-distance gifting—I set it to arrive on their birthday and it hit the exact day. They loved having the choice between ground and whole bean, since they're picky about their brew. Definitely the easiest coffee gift I've sent in years.
My dad's been impossible to shop for, so letting him pick his own grind and delivery date took all the guesswork out of it. The emailed gift notification arrived the exact morning I scheduled it, and he was genuinely excited to set up his first order.
