I was a bit skeptical about the kickstand being sturdy, but it clicks into place perfectly for watching videos. The textured sides also give my grip a lot more confidence than the last case I had.

The card slot holds two cards snugly without adding much bulk, and the kickstand clicks into place for watching videos. It’s a bit stiff to slide out of a pocket at first, but that’s probably a good thing for a rugged case.

Dropped it on concrete twice already and the kickstand held up fine, no scratches on the phone. The card slot on the back is tight enough that my ID doesn't slide out, but easy enough to grab when I need it.
