I opened the pouch and the jasmine fragrance hit me before I even brewed it—the hand-placed blooms really make a difference. One teaspoon in hot water and the flavor is smooth, never bitter, with that floral sweetness lingering nicely.

The first steep released such a delicate, true jasmine aroma—you can tell the blooms were worked in by hand because the scent doesn't fade after the second cup. I've tried a lot of green teas, but the leaves here stay tender and never turn bitter, even when I get distracted and let it sit.

The hand-placed jasmine blooms make all the difference here—the fragrance is woven into every leaf, not just sprayed on. Brewed a pot for afternoon tea and the whole room smelled like a spring garden.
