I’ve been using this blade daily on camping trips for two weeks now, and the high carbon steel holds an edge through everything from feathersticks to food prep. The full tang gives it a reassuring heft that makes you trust every cut, and it’s already become my go-to for camp chores.
The full tang makes it feel like one solid piece in your hand, no wobble or flex even when I put some real weight on it. Blade’s held its edge through a weekend of carving and food prep, and the high carbon steel takes a good polish after. This is the knife I’ll grab first from now on.
Used it all weekend for camp chores and the high carbon blade kept a great edge even after splitting kindling. The full tang gives it a solid, balanced feel that makes you trust it on tougher cuts. Exactly what I needed in a field knife.
