유기농 치아 슈퍼시드

I’ve been sprinkling these into my morning oatmeal and the crunch stays put even after a few minutes—none of that soggy mess. The fibre content alone has made my digestion noticeably smoother this week, which is more than I can say for other seeds I’ve tried.

I’ve been adding these to my morning smoothie for two weeks now, and the fibre really keeps me full until lunch without any bloating. The seeds have a nice mild crunch that doesn’t get mushy, and the protein makes them feel like a proper meal boost.

The crunch is what got me—these tiny seeds actually add a satisfying texture to yogurt instead of disappearing like other brands. Fiber and protein in one sprinkle is a win for my afternoon snack slump.
