The roast date on the bag was just a few days before it arrived, and the beans had that lovely, fresh bloom when I first brewed them. Knowing the exact origin of the single-origin lot makes the morning cup feel a bit more special, and the taste is incredibly clean and sweet.

I was skeptical about subscription coffee, but this one has me hooked — the taste tells you it was roasted recently, and that single-origin character really shines through the crema. Delivery is always spot on, beans land fresh, and it's honestly made my morning ritual feel a little special.

The traceability is the big draw for me — knowing exactly where the beans came from before they hit my doorstep makes the morning brew feel more intentional. Freshness was spot on too, which you can taste in the cup.
