Finally, a rice bread that toasts without crumbling into a pile of dust. The dedicated gluten-free bakery claim gives me real peace of mind, and the 500g loaf lasted me a full week of sandwiches.
It’s genuinely soft and springy the way “real” bread is, not crumbly like so many others, and knowing it’s baked in a dedicated gluten-free bakery puts my mind at ease. I’ve already eaten half the 500g loaf just toasted with butter—by far the closest I’ve come to a normal sandwich since going GF.
Finally a gluten-free bread that doesn’t crumble the moment you look at it. The slices hold up nicely for sandwiches, and the fact that it’s batch tested gives me real peace of mind with my celiac. Taste is mild and neutral, perfect for toast.
