The metal frame feels sturdier than I expected, and I like that each tier is open so I can spot my shoes without digging. I’ve got six pairs on it now, with room to spare, and it’s holding up well in the hallway.

The 36-inch width fits perfectly in my narrow hallway, and I love that the grey finish doesn’t show scuffs. It holds all ten of my shoes without wobbling, even though the metal feels lighter than I expected. Assembly was straightforward with the included tools.

The grey finish looks way more expensive than the price tag suggests, and the 11.8-inch depth means it tucks neatly against the wall without sticking out into the hallway. I've got eight pairs stacked on it right now and it doesn't wobble at all, even when I'm pulling shoes from the bottom rack. Ass
