The internal texture really does the job—after a few sessions I noticed a definite improvement in control. The sleeve’s material feels smooth and realistic, which makes practice more enjoyable than I expected. It’s a straightforward tool that delivers on its promise.

Took a few weeks of consistent use, but I can genuinely tell a difference in how long I last — the textured sleeve inside really forces you to focus on pacing yourself. It’s intense but not overwhelming, and the case is sturdy enough for daily sessions without feeling cheap.

I’ve been using this to build stamina over the past few weeks, and the internal ridges really challenge you to last longer. The feeling is consistent each session, which makes it easy to track progress without distraction.
