스테이크 나이프 세트 - 4개 | 5인치 블레이드 | 센츄리온 시리즈 | Dalstrong ©

The moment I sliced into a thick ribeye with that 5-inch blade, the cut felt almost effortless—it glides through crust and fat like butter. These four pieces are stunning on the table and sharp enough that I've stopped reaching for my regular chef's knife at dinner.

I was skeptical about spending this much on steak knives, but the 5-inch blade is perfectly balanced and the handle feels solid in my hand. Cut through a bone-in ribeye like it was butter, and they still look brand new after a month of heavy use.

These things glided through a thick ribeye like it was butter, and the 5-inch blade is the perfect size for table work. They’re also noticeably lighter than my old set, which makes them feel more precise. Dinner prep feels a little more special now.
