I picked the $300 coverage level for a fragile item, and the claim process was surprisingly smooth when the box showed up dented. The fact that they offer tiers up to $1,200 means I can match it exactly to whatever I'm shipping, which takes the stress out of domestic orders.

My package arrived two days late and I was genuinely worried, but having the $500 coverage option meant I didn't stress for a second. It's a small fee for the peace of mind that my order value is fully protected during domestic transit.

Tossed in the $250 coverage since my order was over that amount, and it honestly took a second to set up but the peace of mind during transit was worth it. The tier options go all the way to $1,200, so I felt covered for pretty much anything happening on the way to my door.
