The swivel has this slow, weighted return that feels way more expensive than it should. I keep catching myself spinning it just to watch it settle back into place. The proportions are generous enough that I can cross my legs fully without my knees hitting the arms.
I bought this for a reading corner and the cocooning shape actually hugs you when you curl up sideways. The return mechanism swings it back neatly into place so it never looks crooked in the room.
The swivel with return is the feature I didn't know I needed — get up and it glides back into place on its own, which never gets old. The seat is deep and generously proportioned, so I can curl up sideways with a book for hours.
