패티 스미스 그룹 CBGB 공연, NYC, 1977

The grain on Lynn Goldsmith's print really brings out the sweat and urgency of that CBGB's stage—it's like you're standing in the crowd. The black-and-white tones capture the raw energy of the 1977 performance perfectly. I've had it up on my wall for a week and I still stop to stare at it every time

I could almost hear the feedback and raw energy just looking at the grain in Lynn Goldsmith's punk-era print. The way the stage lights catch Patti's expression really brings that 1977 CBGB's moment to life.

The black-and-white tones in this print feel true to that raw CBGB’s energy, and I love how it captures Patti mid-performance. It’s a bit smaller than I pictured, but the detail is sharp enough to make up for it.
