구운 마시멜로 라떼

The toasted note really comes through without being bitter, and it’s so creamy I almost forgot it’s a powder. I’ve been making it as a quick afternoon pick-me-up and the beetroot gives it this lovely natural sweetness.

The lúcuma and coconut combo makes this taste way richer than I expected from a powder drink, and the toasted marshmallow note really comes through without being too sweet. I've been mixing it with cold milk in the morning and it feels like a treat instead of a supplement.
