Yiayia And Friends - 레몬 올리브오일 | 200 ml

The lemon here is subtle, not candy-like, which is exactly what I wanted for drizzling over grilled fish. You can taste that it's a proper extra virgin olive oil underneath, low acidity and all. The 200 ml bottle is small, but it's fresh enough that I don't mind rebuying.

I was skeptical that lemon would overpower a good olive oil, but the balance here is spot on. With its low acidity, it’s become my go-to for a quick salad dressing, and the 200 ml bottle is the perfect size to keep fresh on the counter.

The citrus aroma hits you the moment you pour it, but the flavor doesn’t overpower the olive oil’s own peppery finish. I’ve been drizzling it over grilled fish and even plain toast, and the low acidity makes it feel light rather than greasy.
