Banaan

I've been grabbing a handful before every training session and the potassium really helps with the cramps I used to get. The texture is satisfyingly chewy without being sticky, and it keeps me going through the whole workout.

The crunch on these is perfect, and the natural sweetness gives me a solid energy lift before a long bike ride. I love that they’re packed with fiber and potassium, so I don’t feel guilty grabbing a handful straight from the bag.

I’ve been munching on these after my runs and the potassium boost is real—my legs feel less cramped the next day. The texture is nicely chewy, not rock-hard like some dried fruit I’ve tried. Definitely my new go-to snack for work too.
