Sofia I. ★★★★★

The texture of the print really captures the tension in his expression, and the photographer’s note adds great context. It’s a striking piece for any music history fan.

Bill looks like he's about to snap at whoever's holding the camera, and that's exactly why I keep staring at it. You can almost feel how busy and on-edge he was in New York, which makes the shot feel earned rather than staged.

Natalie ★★★★★

The tension in this shot is unreal — you can feel how wary the photographer was about approaching him, and it comes through in every line of Bill's face. It's the kind of candid portrait that makes you stop and wonder what got said right before the shutter clicked.
