The Orvis endorsement was what drew me in, and the lodge definitely lived up to that standard of quality. The tropical setting is stunning, and the fishing exceeded my expectations, though I wish the daily schedule had a bit more flexibility for breaks.

The guided wading and saltwater flats are as advertised, and the Orvis-endorsed gear really makes a difference in handling the tarpon. Our week was solid, though I've had smoother logistics with shuttles to and from the airstrip at other lodges. It's a good trip, just not the flawless escape I'd hop
