The carpet by the front door had a dark trail from months of shoes, and this thing lifted it out in a couple of passes without me having to scrub on my knees. The rotating brushes dug right into a coffee stain that had been there for weeks, and it lifted it out without me having to scrub on my hands and knees. It's a bit awkward to maneuver around furniture legs, but the carpet actually looks brighter now.

I’m glad I picked this up instead of renting another machine—the rotating brushes really do lift out the grime that my old attachment left behind. It’s a bit awkward to hold at first, but once you get the angle right, the stains disappear with almost no elbow grease.
