Sophia ★★★★★

I was a bit skeptical about risotto turning out creamy without constant babysitting, but this organic rice absorbed the broth beautifully and came out perfectly al dente in about 18 minutes. The 500g pack is plastic-free, which is a nice bonus, and it made a solid dinner for two with leftovers.

The grains held their shape perfectly through a full 20-minute simmer, turning creamy without any stirring burnout. The subtle aroma made the whole kitchen smell like a proper Italian trattoria, and the plastic-free packaging is a nice bonus for a 500g bag that stretches across three meals.

Abigail ★★★★★

Cooked up a creamy risotto tonight and the grains held their bite perfectly while still soaking up the stock—exactly what you want. Also nice to know the pack is plastic-free and certified organic, so it feels like a thoughtful buy.
