The calm focus it gives me is noticeable about 30 minutes after my second cup—no jitters, just steady energy. The ashwagandha and L-theanine blend makes it feel like a luxury treat rather than a caffeine hit.
The first morning I tried this I didn't expect to actually feel different, but the L-theanine genuinely took the jittery edge off without making me sleepy. Clean taste, no weird aftertaste like some other mixes I’ve tried, and it dissolves easily in my oat milk.
I was skeptical a calm coffee would actually work, but this one gives me a smooth, steady focus without the jitters I usually get. The fact that it's free of artificial sweeteners and preservatives makes it a staple in my morning routine now.
