Brødskjærer

The protective cover is a nice touch for keeping the blades safe in the drawer, and I love that it came with five extras. My first scoring attempt gave me a beautiful ear on my sourdough that I’d never achieved with a knife.

The wooden handle has just the right weight and grip, making each score feel deliberate and clean. I've already swapped blades twice for different patterns, and the cover keeps everything safe in the drawer.

The wooden handle gives a really nice grip compared to the plastic ones I've used, and the included protective cover is a thoughtful touch for safe storage. I was surprised how smoothly it scored the dough for my sourdough loaves.
