The glaze has such a lovely depth to it that the cup looks different depending on the light, and it’s sturdy enough for daily use without feeling delicate. Pairing it with the gaiwan has made my tea sessions feel properly ritualistic, and the handmade texture really comes through in your hands.

Feels solid in the hand, and the celadon glaze has a lovely depth that shifts in the light. Pairing it with the gaiwan makes pouring and tasting really smooth, exactly what I wanted for my tea sessions.

The celadon glaze is even prettier in person, with a soft, almost jade-like depth that changes in different light. It’s got a nice weight to it—solid but not clunky—and the handmade feel makes every sip a little more special.
