Coconut Flour 500g

Baking with this flour has been surprisingly easy—it’s fine enough to blend smoothly into batter without any grittiness. Made some banana muffins that turned out tender and moist, and no one guessed they were grain-free. Definitely a win for anyone avoiding wheat.

Swapped this in for wheat flour in my banana bread and it held up way better than I expected, no crumbly mess. The texture is fine and it actually smells like fresh coconut when you open the bag.

The texture is noticeably finer than other coconut flours I've tried, so my pancakes don't come out gritty at all. It works just as well in savoury stuff too, I threw some into a curry sauce last week and it thickened things up nicely.
