The cropped length hits just right over high-waisted leggings, and the fabric has that satisfying swish without feeling stiff. Slightly stretchy as promised, so it moves well when I'm reaching for stuff. Only wish the sleeves were a touch longer, but otherwise it's a solid layering piece for chilly
