Our luxuriously sleek sateen, Giotto, is the sheeting for our lace-embellished ensemble, Diamante, where a macramé lace inset is threaded through its center with a narrow satin ribbon. To add a final bit of polish and patina, the lace is stitched on either side with delicate hemstitching, making a beautifully refined and elegant bed.

The sateen feels genuinely cool and slick against my face, way nicer than the cotton sheets I've used for years. That macramé lace inset with the little ribbon running through it looks so delicate in person. Washed them once already and the lace held up fine.

The satin ribbon threaded through the lace is such a small detail but it really makes the pillowcases look expensive on the bed. I was worried the sateen would feel slippery but it's actually cool and smooth against my face. Washed them once already and the macramé lace held up fine.
