Jaéns varmere, tørrere klima i nordlige Cajamarca, Peru, gir El Eucalipto en avrundet, søt profil. Saftige fruktnoter kompletteres av en subtil blomsterduft og lav syrlighet i koppen.

I was hesitant about a Peruvian coffee from a drier region, but the rounded sweetness really comes through. That subtle floral note lingers just long enough without any sharp bite—perfect for my afternoon pour-over.
The low acidity is what sold me—it finishes so clean I don’t even need sugar, and those juicy fruit notes carry through every sip. Brewed it in my pour-over this weekend and the florality came out subtle but lovely.
I’ve been brewing this as my morning pour-over and the rounded sweetness is exactly what it promises—like stone fruit with a gentle floral edge that lingers just enough. The low acidity makes it dangerously easy to finish a whole cup before I’ve even sat down.
