Essential Emaljert Oval Dutch Oven

I’ve had mine for three months and the enamel inside still looks brand new after weekly stews and even a few bread bakes. The heat retention is no joke—my chili stays bubbling for ages after I turn the burner off, and it’s plenty big for a Sunday dinner for six.

First batch of chili came out incredible, and the oval shape fit a whole chuck roast without crowding. The enameled surface wiped clean with just a sponge, no soaking needed after the cheese stuck to the bottom. This thing holds heat so well that dinner stayed warm for a full hour on the table.

I’ve been using this oval dutch oven for big family dinners, and it’s amazing how evenly it holds heat across the surface. The enameled coating makes cleanup a breeze—no more soaking or scrubbing.
