Didn't expect the internal texture to make this much of a difference, but the stimulation is way more intense than the smooth sleeve I had before. Been using it a few times a week and I'm genuinely noticing I last longer. Cleaning takes a bit of effort, but that's the tradeoff.

The tighter fit compared to the original caught me off guard at first, but after a couple weeks the difference in how long I last is honestly noticeable. The internal texture does most of the work, you just have to pace yourself and let it do its thing.

Wasn't sure the textured canal would feel that different from a basic sleeve, but the stimulation is way more intense than I expected. Cleaning takes a bit longer because of all the ridges, but that's a small tradeoff for how well it works.
