I was worried it'd be watery, but this ginger juice is properly fiery and thick. A teaspoon stirred into hot water with honey is my morning fix now, and I like that there's no added sugar hiding in it.
Squeezed half a lime and a splash of this into my morning sparkling water and it's got a serious zing. The 250ml bottle lasts me about two weeks since a little goes a long way.
No added sugar and you can really taste the difference — it's pure zing without any syrupy sweetness. I mix a spoonful into hot water with honey when my throat feels scratchy, and the ginger heat hits right away.
