Svart hvitløk-ingefærsalt med infusjon – Jacobsen Salt Co.

I put a pinch of this on roasted carrots and the fermented garlic note came through so clearly, it tasted like I'd slow-cooked them for hours. That heirloom Buffalo Ginger adds a gentle warmth that lingers just enough to make you want another bite.

The Buffalo Ginger’s subtle heat sneaks up right after that deep, sweet-savory garlic hit—it’s genuinely unlike any salt I’ve tried. Sprinkled it on roasted vegetables and even a pinch in eggs; everything tastes a little more alive now.

That fermented garlic tang with the warm ginger kick turned my plain scrambled eggs into something I actually craved. The salt crystals are flaky and dissolve slowly, so you get little bursts of that sweet umami rather than one overwhelming hit.
