Infusjon Horchata Fusion

The roasted, toasty aroma from the buckwheat and carob is what got me—it’s genuinely comforting, not like a typical herbal tea. I’ve been sipping it after dinner and the fiber content makes it feel substantial, like a warm hug that actually settles my stomach.

I was skeptical about a tea that’s supposed to “balance body and mind,” but the chufa and oat combo really does feel grounding—especially with a little honey in the evening. The fiber content is a nice bonus too.

The roasted buckwheat and carob give it this cozy, almost nutty depth that I didn’t expect from an infusion—it genuinely feels like a hug for your stomach. I’ve been having a cup after dinner and the fiber keeps me satisfied without any heaviness.
