The blue raspberry taste is surprisingly clean, not syrupy like most shots I've tried. I keep one in my gym bag and it gives me a focused kick without that jittery caffeine crash later.
Downed one before my afternoon slump and the combo of ketones and caffeine hit fast—no jittery crash like my usual coffee. The blue raspberry taste is tart enough to cover any weirdness, and it's easy to toss in a bag for a quick boost.
