La Belle Etoile Tak-/vegglampe

The light casts a gorgeous, soft glow through the star-shaped cutouts—exactly the warm ambiance I wanted for the hallway. Assembly was straightforward with the included hardware, and it sits securely against the ceiling. Definitely a statement piece that looks far more expensive than it was.

Hung it in the hallway and it throws this warm, even light with no hot spots at all. The star shape looks delicate from below but it's clearly sturdy, and installing it on the ceiling only took maybe fifteen minutes.

It's lighter than it looks, so mounting it on the ceiling by myself wasn't the ordeal I expected. The light it throws is soft and even, though I do wish the cord were a bit longer for my higher ceiling.
