I bought this hoping the patchouli would soften that signature woody Iso E Super, and it does exactly that. On my skin it stays close for hours, more of a skin scent than a room-filler, which is precisely what I wanted.

The Iso E Super gives this a warm, almost velvety skin scent, and the patchouli sits underneath it rather than dominating like I feared. It stays close for hours and never turns sharp or soapy on me. First fragrance in a while I've finished a full bottle of.

The patchouli comes through just enough to ground that famous iso e super glow, without turning heavy. I get a good 8 hours on skin, though it sits closer than I'd like early on.
