Nuun Energy Koffein + B-vitaminer

Took one of these before a long afternoon meeting and the 80 mg caffeine hit smoothly without any jittery crash. The effervescent tablets dissolve fast, and having B vitamins in there makes it feel like a smart pick over my usual soda.

I’m not usually a tablet-in-water person, but these dissolve cleanly without that weird fizz residue, and the 80 mg of caffeine is enough to get me through a late afternoon slump without the jitters. The B vitamins are a nice bonus too, since I feel more steady than with a sugary energy drink.

Dropped one in my water bottle before a morning workout and the 80mg of caffeine hit just right—no jitters, just steady energy. The effervescent tablets dissolve fast and the B vitamins are a nice bonus.
